Full job description
The Head of Training (reporting to the CEO) will be directly responsible for:
- Designing systems to remotely / asynchronously train customers at scale
- Approving trainer compensation and expenses
- Collecting survey and observation data to evaluate the quality of trainings
- Creating and managing the “train schedules” to ensure trainings are properly staffed
- Supporting program in coordinating trainings with schools
- Supporting sales in right-sizing training to a district to ensure they are getting enough training to run a successful implementation
- Collaborating to develop and implement a method to train the contract trainers, evaluate whether they can deliver our training successfully, and certify them to work with customers
- Recruiting and hiring contract trainers to provide in-person professional development in our customer schools
- Demonstrating highly engaging and effective training presentations to select customers
- Collaborating with the Once team to develop best-in-class training process, materials, and delivery
The Head of Training will have the following qualifications:
- Skilled with Google Suite and Slack
- Team player and very collaborative
- Highly organized
- Superb in-person and virtual presentation skills
- A track record of experience managing professional services focused on training
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Benefits: Vision, health, and dental insurance; paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday, choose your own hours, 8-hour shift Work Location: Remote
