About Once

Teaching the world to read, one child at a time

Once is an early literacy program that allows any adult to teach children ages 3–7 how to read, in-person, one-on-one with a scripted, Science of Reading-aligned curriculum.

Once reaches children through school and district programs as well as a home product for parents. Its impact is backed by four completed ESSA Tier 3 studies and one Tier 2 study, with a Tier 1 study in progress.
