We're Hiring Instructional Coaches! (2023)

Once is hiring Instructional Coaches to remotely coach school-based instructors tutoring early-elementary students in foundational reading skills.

Calling all Instructional Coaches — application below.

We have some exciting news to share with you today! We are currently hiring Instructional Coaches to join our team.

Role Description:

Each instructional coach at Once will be responsible for remotely coaching school-based instructors. These instructors tutor early-elementary students in foundational reading skills each day using our scripted curriculum. Tutoring sessions are recorded, allowing coaches to view them remotely. Based on these virtual observations, coaches will lead weekly live virtual coaching sessions with each instructor.

Through the process of coaching instructors, coaches take responsibility for the reading progress of hundreds of students from across the country, ensuring that they master reading skills by the end of our one-year program.

This position is 100% remote so you can work from anywhere. The anticipated start date for this role is July/August.

We’re looking for someone who firmly believes in and is committed to Once’s mission and can help tutors deliver outstanding instruction and results for young students. If you know anyone who would be an excellent fit for this position, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the link with them.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
