Summary:
Dad and Tiff are out fishing again. Dad sets Tiff up with the best bait, and gives her the advice to stay still while she reels it in. Tiff gets too excited, though. She doesn't realize the line is stuck around a rock, so when she pulls too hard the rod snaps! At least the fish got a free meal.
In this imaginative retelling of the story, "The Fish", students have a familiar story to help them transition to serif font.
