Once is thrilled to welcome Cindy Hollar as Director of Sales! Cindy brings a wealth of leadership and sales experience to the team.

Cindy started her career as a K-1 teacher in 1980 in Corpus Christi, TX, where she taught for two years before joining IBM as a systems engineer. She spent fourteen years with IBM holding various roles as a systems engineer, salesperson, and sales manager. After retiring early from IBM, she started and sold several companies, the last being TE21, Inc., which she sold to Certica Solutions in 2019. She worked at Certica Solutions as Executive VP of Assessment Sales through December 2020. Although she retired in 2021, Cindy became interested in the work being done at Once as helping children learn to read has always been her passion. Aside from work, she loves playing with her granddaughter and spending time with her family.
